Refund and Returns Policy

At CSH Liquor Trading, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer the following Refund and Returns Policy:

1. Time Limit for Cancellation of Orders

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

2. Conditions for Cancelling Orders

  • To be eligible for cancellation, orders must not have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3. Procedure for Returning Products

  • If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original item and place a new order.

6. Failure to Return Products

  • Failure to return products within the specified timeframe or in the specified condition may result in the denial of the return request.

7. Payment for Canceled Orders

  • If your order is canceled within the specified time limit and meets the conditions for cancellation, you will receive a full refund to the original method of payment.

8. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us for further assistance.
